✅ How to Submit Your PRV Appeal

Step 1:

Go to www.usssa.com and click Login (top right corner)

Step 2:

Select Adult Login

Step 3:

Log in using your email and password

Step 4:

Click the Blue “Appeal” Button

Step 5:

Fill out the 3 appeal questions

⚠️ Be VERY detailed in Question 3.

• “Incomplete or vague responses = automatic denial”

Step 6:

Click Submit and then check your email for confirmation

✅ Once submitted and confirmed, your appeal will be reviewed.
