⚠️ Withdrawal Policy

• ❗ If a team or player withdraws after brackets are released,
  ➤ They will be suspended until the full entry fee is paid for that event.

🧾 Tournament Entry Refund Policy

• If you have paid your tournament entry fee and the tournament is canceled due to weather or lack of teams, you will receive a FULL refund or credit.

• If your team withdraws after the brackets have been released, you will receive NO refund.

• If your team withdraws before brackets are released, you will receive a FULL refund within 7 days of the tournament’s completion.

• If your team planned to pay at the event and withdraws after the brackets are released, your team—at the discretion of the Tournament Director—may be ineligible to participate in future USSSA or GSL events.

🌧️ Rain-Out Refund Policy

If a team has played:

• NO games – 💯 FULL REFUND

• ONE game – 💵 HALF CREDIT/REFUND

• TWO or more games – 🚫 NO REFUND

☎️ Rain-Out Procedure & Communication

• It is the team manager’s responsibility to contact the Tournament Director for rain-out information.

• Updates and announcements will be posted on the Event Feed tab of the tournament page on the USSSA website.

• The Tournament Director is not required to contact each team individually in the event of a rain-out.

🏁 Event Modification Rights

In case of inclement weather, the Tournament Director, with the assistance of the State Director, reserves the right to modify or amend the tournament schedule, format, or rules in order to complete the event and award points.
