To be added to a roster or create a USSSA account, email the following info to:

• TEAM NAME

• PLAYER’S LEGAL NAME

• EMAIL ADDRESS

• CELL PHONE NUMBER

• BIRTHDAY

• CITY & ZIP CODE

• 📸 Photo of Driver’s License (required)

✅ Step 2: Sign Waiver, Accept Roster & Pay 2026 Player Card

You’ll receive an email invite from your Team Manager — or follow these steps:

1. Visit 👉 www.usssa.com

2. Click “Login” (Top Right)

3. Select “Adult Login”

4. Enter your email and password

   • (Forgot login? Email: [email protected])

🧾 Complete Your Registration

5. Click “Player Management”

6. Fill out “Player Registration Payment”

7. Sign your full name

8. Check the Waiver & Accept box

9. Click: ✅ “Accept, Sign & Pay”

10. Click ✅ Green “Approve” Box

11. Click ✅ Blue “OK” Box

🎉 You’re all set and officially on the roster!
